Chair noted that the Members of the Scrutiny Committee had agreed to scrutinise
the following items from the Cabinet Board agenda:

prohibiting cycling at Neath Memorial Gates and along the path between the
bottom pond and Cimla Crescent

Protection Orders - Aberavon Seafront
