Decision:

That having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment the objection is overruled in full to the (Alltwen Hill and Bryn Llewelyn, Alltwen) (Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time) Order 2026 (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and that the scheme is implemented as advertised.

Reason for Decision:

The order is considered necessary to prevent indiscriminate parking in the interest of road safety.

Implementation of Decision: 

That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
