That hacing had due regard to the integrated impact assessment the objection is overruled in full to the (West End, Port Talbot) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles Except for Access) Order 2026 (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and that the scheme is implemented as advertised.

Reason for Decision:

The scheme is necessary to prohibit motor vehicles except for access in the interest of road safety.

Implementation of Decision:

That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
