Decision:

That having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, the objections are overruled in full to the (High Street, Skewen) (Revocation) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading or Unloading At Any Time) (Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time) and (Resident Only Parking) Order 2026 (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report), and that the scheme is implemented as advertised.

Reason for Decision:

The scheme is necessary to provide parking areas and prevent indiscriminate parking in the interest of road safety.

Implementation of Decision :

That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
