Decision:

Having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment the objections are overruled in full to (Talcennau Road, York Place And Cwrt Dyffryn, Port Talbot) (Revocation) And (Prohibition Of Waiting, Loading And Unloading At Any Time) – Order 2025 (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and that scheme is implemented as advertised.

Reason for Decision:

The order is necessary to prevent indiscriminate parking interest of road safety and is a requirement as part of the planning conditions attached to the approved development at Cwrt Dyffryn.

Implementation of Decision:

That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
