Decision

That having given due regard to the impact assessments in relation to equality, risk, community usage and Welsh language, and in line with Section 48 of the School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013, the proposal to consult on the following (Option 2 as detailed within the circulated report) be approved:

1. Establish a 16 place communication and interaction difficulties Learning Support Centre (LSC) for pupils age 11-16 in the new build Llangatwg Community Comprehensive School with effect from September 2028.
2. Establish a 16 place communication and interaction difficulties Learning Support Centre (LSC) for pupils age 3-11 in the new build Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Rhosafan with effect from September 2027.
