That
having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, the objection to the
Gilfach road, Bryncoch,
Neath (revocation) and (30 mph speed limit) order 2024, (as detailed in
Appendix A to the circulated report) be overruled, the scheme be implemented as
advertised, and the objector informed of the decision accordingly.
