having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, the following be
approved:
1.
The undertaking of a procurement exercise to commission an alliance of
providers to deliver substance use services across the Swansea and Neath Port
Talbot region.
2.
Following the procurement process, the Head Housing and Communities to
be granted delegated authority to enter into a
contract with the winning bidders.
3.
The Head Housing and Communities to enter into a partnership agreement
with the APB partner organisations.
