That
having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, the objection to the
Longford road, Dyffryn road and Lane between Dyffryn road and Farmers road,
Neath (revocation) and (30 mph speed limit) Order 2024, (as detailed in
Appendix A to the circulated report) be overruled, the scheme be implemented as
advertised, and the objector informed of the decision accordingly.
