having had due regard to the integrated impact assessment, the objections be
overruled in full to the (London road, Neath)(Revocation) and (Disabled
residents parking places) order 2024 (as detailed in Appendix A to the
circulated report) and that the scheme be implemented as advertised at the
earliest convenience.
