That Officers
undertake further work in respect of to reinstating the means test, including
undertaking a public consultation, with a final Officer recommendation and
proposed policy tools brought back to Cabinet for agreement at a later date.

 

2.   
That a
discretionary grant of £10,000, for essential works that cost in excess of £36k,
be approved.
