That having had due regard to
the integrated impact and risk assessments, it is recommended that, in line
with Section 48 of the School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013, the
consultation on a proposal to close the specialist learning support centre
provision for secondary age pupils with visual impairment at Cefn Saeson Comprehensive School,
be approved.
