That having had due regard to
the Integrated Impact Assessment, it is recommended that:

 

1.    Members note the content of the ‘Swansea Bay Service
Level Agreement’ as presented in Appendix 2 and: -

 

2.    Delegated authority be granted to the Head of Planning
and Public Protection to enter into the agreement with the Swansea Bay
University Health Board.
