Purpose

Following break-ins at Hardley Depot, vulnerabilities have been highlighted in perimeter security, detection capability and asset protection. Immediate actions have been taken, however further enhancements are required to further improve the security of the site.

Decision

Approve a supplementary budget of £37,000 to implement targeted security improvements as detailed in the report.
