That the process for procurement for the supply and
delivery of temporary staffing for both Recycling and Waste, and
Streetscene service areas, be
approved.

(ii)         
That Cabinet approve and delegate authority to the
Service Director – Sustainable Environment for the award of
contract on the completion of the procurement process to be
undertaken.
