Decision

(i)              That the recycling and waste collection day changes for approximately 22,000 households in the south of the borough to rebalance operations providing greater efficiency and operational resilience, be approved.

(ii)             That the addition of 1 operational vehicle and crew for recycling collections to come into operational service mid-2027 to future proof operations to cater for further housing expansion, be approved.
