Decision

(i)              That the report be received and the strategy for investing the secured Section 106 Agreement funding into the specified parks and green spaces, be approved.

(ii)             That the Service Director Neighbourhood Delivery, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Residents Services and Neighbourhoods and the Portfolio Holder for Waste, Recycling and Green Spaces be authorised to consult the community on each scheme, approve the final design, invite tenders or quotations, and award contracts to the lowest suitable tenderer for each project.
