Decision

(i)              That the draft proposals for consultation with the community, be approved

(ii)             That the general repair and maintenance work which is already in progress in Chesterton Park, be noted

(iii)           That the Service Directors – Neighbourhood Delivery and Commercial Delivery, in consultation with the Cabinet Members for Waste, Recycling and Green Spaces and Residents Services and Neighbourhoods, be authorised to finalise the designs based on the consultation outcomes, invite tenders for the work and award contracts to the lowest suitable tenders to deliver the improvements

(iv)           That the identified Section 106 Agreement funding totalling £628,352 be allocated to the project.
