Purpose

Newcastle City Council would like to award the
contract for the Riverside Dene Operations and Management to the
most advantageous tender, focusing on technical capability,
cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. The chosen contractor will
manage the district heating system, ensuring reliable service and
compliance with regulations. The project includes routine
maintenance, performance optimisation, and emergency repairs. The
contract will commence on later this year and run for 2 years fixed
with 2 x 12 month extensions based on performance.
