Purpose

To seek approval for the granting of a land
license for the use of Town Moor to NAAM, for parking cars and to
William Clark to hold a fun fair for the Mela event on Sunday 24
August and Monday 25 August 2025.

To approve the grant of a Land
License to NAAM, permitting short use of the land as a car park and
a Land Licence to William Clark permitting short use of the land as
a fun fair, from Friday 22 August 2025 for set up until the event
starts on Sunday 24 August 2025 until Monday 25 August 2025,
de-rigg and clear site until Tuesday 26 August 2025. 
Authorise the Assistant Director of
Legal Services to issue and complete the license.
