5TB, for Circus Extreme from Wednesday 20th August 2025 to Monday
25th August 2025.

To approve the grant of a Land
License to The Global Routes Corporation Limited (event organiser
is Larry de Wit), permitting short use of the land to hold the
Circus Extreme event from Wednesday 20th August 2025 to
Monday 25th August 2025, with site access from Friday
15th August 2025 and site cleared by Tuesday
26th August 2025.
Authorise the Assistant Director of
Legal Services to issue and complete the license.
