Purpose

To seek a delegated
decision to advertise and make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order
under section 21 Town and Police Clauses Act 1847 to temporarily
close numerous streets in the city centre to ensure that the
Northern Pride event can take place in safety.

advertised and made.
