Purpose

A Grant Funding Agreement with the North East
Combined Authority is required to be entered into in order to
accept Active Travel Funding (4e) from Active Travel England.
Approval is sought to take forward the delivery of this project as
detailed in the report.

The recommendations are for the Assistant
Director of Transport to approve the entering into a Grant Funding
Agreement with the North East Combined Authority in order to
receive funding allocated from ATF4e of £143,654.
