Purpose

The report provides a summary of the projected
outturn by directorates as at the end of quarter 4 of the financial
year 2024/25.

Cabinet agreed to:
 

i) 
Note the General Fund revenue and capital outturn position set out
in paragraphs 3.6 to 3.39 of the report;

 

ii) 
Note the amendments to the General Fund revenue budget set out in
paragraph 3.40 of the report;
 

iii) 
Note the Collection Fund outturn position set out in paragraph 3.41
of the report;
 

iv) 
Note the Housing Revenue Account revenue and capital outturn
position set out in paragraphs 3.42 to 3.43 of the report; and
 

v) 
Approve the proposed write-offs set out in paragraph 3.44 of the
report.
 

vi) 
Note the performance monitoring in paragraph 4 and appendix one of
the report.
