This report will provide Cabinet with an
update on Performance against the Council Housing Delivery Plan and
the Council Housing Regulatory Action Plan.

Cabinet agreed to:
 

i) 
Note recent activities to improve the level of compliance and meet
the objectives of the Council Housing Delivery Plan.

ii) 
Note performance and actions on managing Housing services and
complaints.
 

iii) 
Note and approve the new Tenancy Strategy and Policy and approve
the new Council Housing Resident Engagement Strategy.
