Purpose

This report seeks approval to enter into a
legal agreement with Sustrans to receive funding for the delivery
of improvements to accessibility across the A1 at 12 locations, and
to approve the construction of these improvements

Content

It is recommended to:
1. 
Approve the entering into a legal agreement with Sustrans to
receive funding to deliver accessibility improvements.
2. 
Approve the construction of improvements at 12 sites as set out in
Section 4.6
3. 
Approve the creation of a cost code to allow for the management of
the scheme
