Purpose

To seek a delegated
decision to advertise and make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order
under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to
temporarily close Grandstand Road – from its junction with
Great North Road to its junction with Kenton Road.
