Purpose

Approve NCC entering into a licence to deliver
improvement works to the Great Park park and ride car park to make
it suitable for use as a pupil pick-up and drop off facility to
serve the planned Great Park high/middle school.

Approve the entering into a licence to occupy
granted by Taylor Wimpey to allow NCC access to the land at the
Great Park park and ride car park to deliver improvement works to
make it suitable for use as a pupil pick up and drop off facility
in fulfilment of NCC section 106 obligations.
