Purpose

Abri Trading Limited is a wholly
owned council trading company dealing with services previously
undertaken through the Your Homes Newcastle (YHN)
group. Approval is sought to provide a capital loan to Abri
Trading Company Limited to refinance existing debt and purchase
assets related former YHN services. This loan forms part of the
transfer arrangements.
