Purpose

This report seeks approval for Newcastle City
Council to enter into a Grant Funding Agreement (GFA) with the
North East Combined Authority to receive development funding from
the City Region Sustainable Transport Settlements programme. This
funding will enable the development and designs of schemes and the
submission of these to the programme level business case.
