Purpose

To seek a delegated
decision to advertise and make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order
under Section 14 (1) (b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to
temporarily close the streets surrounding St James Park for match
days and events which take place, for the reason of likelihood of
danger to the public.
