Purpose

To seek a delegated
decision to set aside the objections made to the statutory notice
and make the Traffic Regulation Order necessary to introduce a
permit parking scheme on numerous streets within Arthurs Hill
area.

Content

Authorise:
1. To set aside the
objections received in response to the statutory advertisement for
the proposed permit parking scheme;
2. That the
circumstances do not warrant the holding of a Public Inquiry; and
that a Public Inquiry should not be held in relation to the
proposed restrictions; and
3. That the proposed
restrictions, as described in this report, are introduced without
modification.
