Purpose

This report seeks approval to utilise a
National Framework for the Provision of Frozen Food supply,
predominately to support School Meals.  Due to our incumbent
supplier withdrawing services from the North
East Region an alternative supplier is required to be
onboarded urgently. It is anticipated that a two-year contract
be entered into with the supplier that can meet the urgent
requirements and provide the most economically advantageous
pricing
