Purpose

To award a contract to the winning supplier of
the current ongoing procurement process for supply of paint packs.
This service will provide paint pack vouchers for tenants to
re-decorate their homes, ultimately providing value for money and a
saving due to contracted materials, as currently there is no formal
contract in place. The KEYDD report will outline the full
evaluation of the bids received.
