To approve the grant of a Land License to Nova
International Ltd, company number 03300783, permitting short use of
the land to hold the event AJ Bell Great North 10k on Sunday
6th July 2025, with access from Friday 4th
July to Monday 7th July 2025.
Authorise the Assistant Director of Legal
Services to issue and complete the license.
