Purpose

To seek a delegated
decision to advertise and make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order
under section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 to temporarily
prohibit all vehicular traffic and pedestrians from proceeding on
High Friar Lane, between its junction with Grey Street and Pilgrim
Street to allow access for a cinema Event.
