Purpose

The purpose of this officer delegated decision
is to award a contract to the winning bidders of the Traffic
Signals equipment and associated products Framework tender as
agreed by cabinet in November 2024.

Content

Approve the awarding of contracts for Traffic
Signals equipment and associated products framework Lots 1, 2, 3,
4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12 and 13. The framework agreement will have a term
of 24 months plus 1 x 24-month option to extend.
Approve the retendering of Lots 7, 10 and 11
with requirements and specifications modified in order to secure
tenders following a review.
Allow Procurement and Legal to make any
necessary arrangements.
