To approve the grant of a Land License to
Raymond Gabbay Ltd, company number 02695143, permitting short
use of the land to hold a music festival on Wednesday
20th August 2025 and Friday 22nd August 2025,
with site access from Wednesday 6th August 2025 until
Saturday 30th August 2025.
 
Authorise the Assistant Director of Legal
Services to issue and complete the license.
