Purpose
The Boho Arts Inclusive Arts Venue would be a
new cultural venue, located on Scotswood Road, which would provide
new creative workspace, alongside participation programmes. The
venue sits within Creative Central NCL, our Culture and Creative
Zone. We are seeking agreement to enter into a Grant Funding
Agreement with the North East Combined Authority to accept almost
£1m in grant funding. We are also seeking agreement to enter
into a Grant Funding Agreement between ourselves and Boho Arts Ltd,
to passport this NECA funding, alongside approximately £250k
of our own funds.
