Purpose

Following a tendering process, authorisation
will be sought to enter into contract with our chosen contractor.
The contract will cover the refurbishment of a 4-storey listed
building located on the corner of Nelson Street and Clayton Street,
creating new artist studios, event and retail space. Work is
expected to complete in Summer ’26.
