Purpose

The purpose of this
report is to:
Gain approval for the release of £2,738.19 of section 106
contributions at the Callerton ‘P’ site as a
contribution for the provision of grazing for conservation purposes
within the site and associated costs.

The Deputy Chief
Executive is recommended to approve the release of £2,738.19
of Section 106 funding for the provision of grazing for
conservation purposes within the Callerton ‘P’ site and
associated costs.
Note
that this funding has been secured from developer contributions in
respect of planning permission 2015/0897/01/DET - East Middle
Callerton - £30,000 towards improving off-site grassland
habitats for farmland bird species in the Callerton Farmland Bird
Mitigation Area as identified in the S106 agreement.
