18.Details of external Lighting;

20.Specification and locations of five bird boxes;

21.Precautionary method statement for vegetation clearance
works;

22.Working method statement for hedgehogs; and

23.Restriction on use of the drive through to coffee

iii. 
It was also agreed that delegated authority
be given to the Assistant Director Planning in consultation with
the Chair and Vice Chairs of Planning Committee to amend, add or
omit conditions and heads of terms of the section 106 legal
agreement, where appropriate, to ensure the application complies
with relevant development plan policies and national planning
guidance.

 

 
iv. 
It was also agreed that the Assistant
Director Planning, in consultation with the Chair and Vice Chairs,
write to Northumbrian Water to address issues raised by objectors
realting to offsite issues at the North Gosforth Park
estate.
