agreement, where appropriate, to ensure the application complies
with relevant development plan policies and national planning

It was also agreed that the Assistant
Director Planning, in consultation with the Chair and Vice Chairs,
write to Northumbrian Water to address issues raised by objectors
realting to offsite issues at the North Gosforth Park
estate.
