Purpose

This report will update Cabinet on the annual housing
complaints self-assessment and provide the regulatory
response.

Content

Cabinet agreed to:
 

i) 
Review and approve the 2024-25 self-assessment of compliance with
the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaints Handling Code and the
actions for improvement that the Council has identified.

 

ii) 
Approve the response from Cabinet and to it being published on the
website alongside the Self-Assessment and Annual report.
