Purpose

This report seeks approval to formally opt
into the ESPO Framework Agreement ‘Technology Enabled Care
Products and Services’ (Ref: 203_25), which provides a
compliant and efficient route to market for the ongoing procurement
of telecare equipment and service requirements. It also requests
that delegated authority be granted to the Director of Adult Social
Care & Prevention, within the Adult Social Care and Prevention
Directorate, to award any future call-off contracts under this
framework.
