the granting of a land license for the use of the Town Moor to The
Fix UK Limited, company number 04867784, for a running event to
raise money for prostate cancer on 15 November 2025.

Approve the grant of a Land License to The Fix UK Limited, company
number 04867784, permitting short use of the land to hold a series
of charity running events to raise money for prostate cancer on 15
November 2025.

 
ii. 
Authorise the Assistant Director of Legal Services to issue and
complete the necessary documents.
