Purpose

To seek a Delegated
Decision to advertise a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) and, in the
event that no objections are received, to make the TRO for the
introduction of waiting restrictions on Lindfield Avenue, Southmead
Avenue, and Roundhill Avenue.

Content

Authorise:
1. that notices in
respect of the Traffic Regulation Order described in this report,
should be prepared, and advertised in line with the proposals below
authorising the preparation and advertisement of the notices;
and
2. that in the event
that no objections are received following the period of
consultation required by statute, that the circumstances do not
warrant the holding of a Public Inquiry; the Traffic Regulation
Order shall be made.
