Purpose

Newcastle City Council, Care Services, which
forms part of the offer within the Adult Social Care and Prevention
Directorate support approximately 1690 people each year across 8
different services. We are looking for permission to award a
contract to upgrade our Byker Lodge (BL) service with a new Care
Call System to the most economically advantageous tender
submission, following on from a competitive tender process.
