Purpose

This report will seek approval to
direct award to Flowbird Smart City UK
Ltd and enter a call-off contract following the expiry of the
current contract on 1st January 2026 by using the ESPO Framework.
The framework is called Parking Management Solutions and was
approved by Cabinet for use in November 2023. Flowbird are the only supplier to maintain the
back-office system for the machines.
