It was also agreed that in the event that a
satisfactory section 106 agreement covering the issues raised above
is not received by 31 March 2026 that the application be refused
for its failure to make adequate provision in this regard contrary
to Policy DEL1 of the CSUCP unless an extension of time is agreed
to the satisfaction of the Assistant Director Planning, in
consultation with the Chair and Vice Chairs of the Planning
