Purpose

This report will set out the projected outturn
position for all council services at quarter 2 and how this
compares to the budget agreed by City Council in March
2025.

Cabinet agreed to:

Note the General Fund revenue and capital outturn position set out
in paragraphs 3.6 to 3.26 of the report;

 

ii) 
Note the amendments to the General Fund revenue budget set out in
paragraph 3.27 of the report;
 

iii) 
Note the Collection Fund outturn position set out in paragraph 3.28
of the report;
 

iv) 
Note the Housing Revenue Account revenue and capital outturn
position set out in paragraphs 3.29 to 3.31 of the report; and
 

v) 
Approve the proposed write-offs set out in paragraph 3.32 of the
report.
 

vi) 
Note the performance monitoring in paragraph 4 and appendix 1 of
the report.
